Embracing God’s Provision

Do you like to read verses about God’s provisions?  I do!  God has given us many encouraging, uplifting words of affirmation for almost every area of our life!

Provision means the action of providing or supplying something for use. Whether it is about your family, your life, your art, or even your finances, an affirmation brings joy to your faith. As you spend time with the Lord this week, take time to declare the following affirmation.

Read these affirmations carefully every day. I bet you will see some differences in your life very soon!

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. (Mark 11:24)

If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. (John 15:7)

Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.. (Luke 12:32)

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.. (Psalm 37:4)

If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Luke 11:13)

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Or which one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! (Matthew 7:7-11)

Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

(John 14:13)

And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”

(Mark 9:23)

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.

(John 15:16)

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.

(1 John 5:14-15)
